This year’s European Film Market (EFM) at Berlin was reported to be one the busiest and strongest in years for major and independent titles selling internationally. Freeway’s representatives Gadi Wildstrom, Martijn Meerstadt, Rita Járdán and Zoltán Árvay attended the market assisting international clients on collection account management and joining Freeway’s revenue reconciliation partner, RevCheck, for its Berlin reception at Soho House.
Freeway’s Martijn Meerstadt says: “Berlin and the EFM continues to be one of our busiest markets. For Freeway it is really important to be there, on the ground, supporting our producer and distributor clients by providing solutions that meet their needs, particularly in what is an evolving landscape with new emerging models for financing and distribution.
