FINANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

Administrating and reporting of revenues arising from the exploitation of intellectual property rights e.g. film/television/game projects.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring and reporting of world-wide royalty payments and box office receipts
  • Working independently on his/her own projects, keeping track of all related legal obligations
  • Preparation of accounting reports in MS Excel and in our in-house reporting system reflecting the financial status of film/television/game projects based on various legal documents
  • Calculation of clients’ entitlements in accordance with the accounting reports and underlying agreements
  • Liaise directly with the company’s clients, suppliers and legal representation
  • Direct communication with the company’s clients and banks independently (in USA, Australia, Asia and Europe, so some flexibility with respect to working hours is required).

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE):

  • Economical University/College degree and financial background is required - Affinity with numbers, mathematical background
  • Minimum 6 m -1 yr. working experience in the field of Finance and customer handling
  • Fluent in English (spelling, grammar and punctuation skills), outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand legal documents
  • Recordkeeping skills
  • Accuracy
  • Confident Microsoft Excel user
  • Ability to integrate in an international work environment
  • Ability to set priorities and to work under time pressure
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, pro-activeness and reliability are key
  • Some knowledge of banking compliance procedures is an advantage
  • Service mindedness.

Assistance in administrating the revenues arising from the exploitation of intellectual property rights e.g. film/television projects.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Updating the company’s ERP system/database with financial data and in relation to clients
  • Issuing invoices
  • Filing/uploading documents (like bank statements, reports)
  • Supporting the work of Financial Account Managers
  • Ad hoc tasks in Excel.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE):

  • Secondary school leaving certificate or vocational school certificate on Finance/Administration
  • Affinity with numbers
  • Advanced English skills (both in writing and speaking)
  • Accuracy
  • Recordkeeping skills
  • Confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in MS Excel
  • Ability to integrate in an international work environment.

JOB SUMMARY:

Daily assistance to account managers – database management and contract administration for international film and TV distribution.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative support of the client management team’s daily work:

  • Coordinating the approval and signature process of contracts and any related documents and invoices
  • e-mail communication with clients, preparing letters, faxes, copying, scanning, filing etc.
  • preparing any lists, database required
  • taking part in the everyday office routine
  • maintenance of our client and contract databases.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE):

  • Secondary school leaving certificate or vocational school certificate on Administration (OKJ)
  • Ideally 1-year experience in international working environment but determined graduates are also welcome
  • Fluent written and oral English command
  • Confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Efficiency, preciseness and high attention to details
  • Tolerance for monotonous and fluctuating work
  • Kind personality and ability of smooth integration into community
  • Team player who can take ownership of tasks.
