PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Financial administration of International IP distribution and licensing. Executes and helps coordinating processes to ensure a reliable and timely execution, maintenance and follow-up of respective financial processes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for execution and coordination of certain finance duties including

· Invoicing;

· Detects incoming transfers via online banking facilities;

· Processes incoming transfers and registers them in the records;

· Creates outgoing transactions in the online banking facilities;

· Basic accounting, registering GL entries;

· Administers invoice records;

· Chases and administers outstanding items;

· Prepares ad-hoc reports;

· Once sufficient experience with company specific processes gained, liaises with the Finance Manager and team  members aiming to coordinate and enhance the mentioned processes.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE):

· Stable finance skills - economic secondary school leaving certificate or vocational school certificate 

  (OKJ), University/college degree is an advantage

· 3 years of experience in an international working environment

· Advanced level of English knowledge (both in writing and speaking)

· Precise, reliable and accurate working style

· Good communication skills

· Problem-solving attitude

FINANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

Administrating and reporting of revenues arising from the exploitation of intellectual property rights e.g. film/television/game projects.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitoring and reporting of world-wide royalty payments and box office receipts

· Working independently on his/her own projects, keeping track of all related legal obligations

· Preparation of accounting reports in MS Excel and in our in-house reporting system reflecting the financial status of film/television/game projects based on various legal documents

· Calculation of clients’ entitlements in accordance with the accounting reports and underlying agreements

· Liaise directly with the company’s clients, suppliers and legal representation

· Direct communication with the company’s clients and banks independently (in USA, Australia, Asia and Europe, so some flexibility with respect to working hours is required).

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE):

· Economical University/College degree and financial background is required - Affinity with numbers, mathematical background

· Minimum 6 m -1 yr. working experience in the field of Finance and customer handling

· Fluent in English (spelling, grammar and punctuation skills), outstanding oral and written communication skills

· Ability to read and understand legal documents

· Recordkeeping skills

· Accuracy

· Confident Microsoft Excel user

· Ability to integrate in an international work environment

· Ability to set priorities and to work under time pressure

· Self-motivation, flexibility, pro-activeness and reliability are key

· Some knowledge of banking compliance procedures is an advantage

RECEPTIONIST

JOB SUMMARY:

The front desk welcomes guests and staff positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Ensures the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and cooperates well with the Office Manager. Responsible for keeping office order, complying with office related policies and also encourage others to act accordingly.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Handle the incoming telephone calls;

· Receive and attend guests, clients visiting the office premises;

· Handle the day to day mail (collecting, sorting, distributing, archiving, sending by courier or normal post);

· Prepare, send and file faxes, letters, emails, reports, copying and scanning documents;

· Cooperate with IT Officer on procurement of IT equipment;

· Cooperate with HR Manager on onboarding process – providing stationary, entry card to new joiners;

· Plan in-house or off-site events and coordinate these events, bring ideas;

· Provide administrative support to Managers;

· Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients and deal with correspondence, complaints and queries;

· Arrange hotel and transport for business travel of staff, stay in touch and solve problems;

· Prepare and submit expense reports of Management;

· Manage and handle the ordering of different office supplies, coordinate the payment of office supplies (invoices) with the Finance Department;

· Maintain regular contacts with external suppliers;

· Coordinate the availability of meeting room spaces;

· Keep the reception and the office space in order, in particular the kitchen, the dining and the meeting room;

· Cooperate with other departments on the organization of our office documents archives.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE):

· School leaving certificate

· At least 6 months of experience in similar position

· Fluent in written and spoken English

· User level knowledge of MS Office

· Precise, reliable and accurate working style

· Good communication skills

· Problem-solving attitude
