Our Collection Account Management Team's Finance Department is seeking their new FINANCE EXECUTIVE.

What will your new job look like?

This role will provide financial administration of International IP distribution. Executes and helps coordinate processes to ensure a reliable and timely execution, maintenance, and follow-up of respective financial processes.

The role will involve a unique blend of tasks across our global operations. This is a full-time job (40 hours per week) in our Budapest downtown office.

 

Responsibilities

Responsible for execution and coordination of certain finance duties, including

  • Invoicing, administering records
  • Liaising with clients regarding data administration and handling documentation; 
  • Chases and administers outstanding items
  • Preparing/updating reports as per ad hoc requests
  • Archiving documents (scanning, filing)
  • Updating the company’s database with financial data and about clients’ user profiles
  • Once sufficient experience with company-specific processes is gained, liaises with the Finance Manager, team members, and other teams aiming to coordinate and enhance the mentioned processes.

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

  • Stable finance skills - economic secondary school leaving certificate or vocational school certificate (OKJ), University/college degree is an advantage
  • Advanced level of English knowledge (both oral and written)
  • Precise, reliable, and accurate working style
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude  
  • Tolerance for monotonous work
  • Eye for details
  • Teamwork
  • 1-2 years of experience in an international working environment is an advantage
