Our Corporate Finance Team is seeking their new Senior Finance Associate.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the basic financial activities and administration of the Group in case of all corporate finance matters.
Complete processes to ensure a reliable and timely execution, maintenance, and follow-up of respective financial processes. Deputizes Finance Manager in case of absences.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the reliable and timely administrative handling of finance duties.
- Managing supplier invoices, checking the contractual background;
- Registering basic accounting entries, preparing expense claims;
- Creating outgoing transactions in the online banking facilities;
- Detecting incoming transfers via online banking facilities;
- Doing the revenue reconciliation monthly;
- Working closely with the finance team and giving instructions for outgoing invoices;
- Processing incoming transfers and registering them in the records;
- Chasing and administering outstanding items;
- Liaising with the collection-, data-, production accounting team;
- Liaising with banks and handling documentation;
- Archiving bank statements, contracts, and other documents;
- Participating in the month-end reporting;
- Participating in month-end closings and YE audits
- Preparing ad-hoc reports, and other tasks related to accounting and finance
- Identifies procedural inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements;
- Ensures that all relevant procedures and manuals are kept up to date;
- Keeps regular flow of information, works closely with the Finance Manager, and supports corporate finance activities
Requirements

Especially if you can talk to us about your:
- University/college degree in finances/accounting/controlling/economics or any similar
- 5 years of experience in relevant position
- Advanced level of English knowledge (both in writing and speaking)
- Literacy with numbers and Excel
